MEDICAL REFERRALS

I do not accept / bill insurance companies but will provide a receipt for clients to request reimbursements.
Clients seeking medically referred massage services must provide a letter from a Doctor that includes: client name, doctor's name & contact info, reason for therapy, and an expiration date or specified as ongoing treatments specifically.

Clients with a valid / current medical prescription for massage or manual-therapy will not be charged sales tax.
