**basic, Student, & promo Memberships**
Membership Policy
- Clients wishing to pay Member Rates can elect to subscribe and pay a monthly Membership Fee (6 MONTH COMMITMENT CONTRACTS SIGNED ON FILE).
- Memberships are per client account and cannot me "shared" by multiple clients.
- Membership Fees will be applied towards monthly massage sessions.
- Members will pay a Session Fee, plus any applicable tax, and any desired tip, during checkout on the day of their appointment.
- Membership Fees will accrue as credit for any missed months. Credits must be redeemed by the end of the 6 month commitment by scheduling multiple monthly sessions.
- Membership Fees will be billed monthly on a date chosen during sign-up. (Currently: 1st or 15th of the month, but can be customized at sign-up.)
- Memberships can be paid via: credit card on file, automatically sent invoices, or a mailed check in advance of their monthly bill date. Clients can also "prepay" via cash or check at the "sign up date" and remain a "Member" by prepaying the next month's Membership Fee during check-out.
- Clients with Medical Prescriptions on file wouldn't pay the Sales Tax portion of the Membership Fee.
- Membership Fees are non-refundable but any unused credit is transferable as a Gift, in the event a Client is no longer able to redeem credits.
