APPOINTMENT RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION

  • When using the "Scheduling button", you will be asked to provide valid credit card information.
  • The card provided will "reserve" your appointment only. Any money owed for your session will be collected during check-out.
  •  The card may be charged if there is a need to collect a Cancellation Fee only.
  • No Show / No Contact; Clients that schedule an appointment that gets approved and fail to show up without notification of a need to cancel will be charged the $30 Cancellation Fee. **Unless there is a medical emergency or worse. Proof Required. If charged, the fee would be refunded after proof received.**
  • My Cancellation Policy will be sent attached to your Appointment Confirmation, and is detailed below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Clients will never be charged a Cancellation Fee if an appointment hasn't yet been approved / confirmed. Or if the appointment can be moved to another time that same day.
  • If needed, please try to cancel / reschedule within 48 Hours of your "approved" appointment.
  • A $30 Cancellation Fee may be charged if a client needs to cancel - either the day of, or the day prior - their approved appointments.
  •  The card provided during scheduling may be charged if there is a need to collect a Cancellation Fee.
  • If Tranquil Touch needs to reschedule an appointment, within 48 hrs. of an "approved" session, to another day, clients will receive a free upgrade on a future session (60 Min - to - 90 Min, or, 90 Min - to - 2hr). **Not applied to any New Client Deals, Discounted Sessions, or Coupon Sessions.**

  2. View, Select, and request Available Session, wait for approval / confirmation.
  3. No need to "Sign in" or create an account.
  4. New Clients; Fill out all applicable Forms that are linked at the bottom of your Appointment Notification.
